🌸 Cancellation Policy
To respect my time and other clients, I require:
24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee
Late cancellations make it impossible for me to offer the time to someone else — thank you for understanding.
🌿 Mobile Massage Requirements
To ensure a smooth and relaxing session, please have:
A clear space for the massage table (about 6 ft x 9 ft area)
Access to a sink to wash hands before/after
Decent lighting (I can adjust if needed)
A quiet, comfortable environment
A living room, bedroom, or open area works perfectly.
🌸 Stairs, Parking & Accessibility
Please let me know ahead of time if:
You live in a building with stairs only
Parking is limited or assigned
Your space has special access instructions
This helps me arrive prepared and on time.
🌿 Direct Billing & Insurance Receipts
I offer direct billing to major insurance companies.
If your plan does not support direct billing, I will provide a detailed insurance receipt for easy reimbursement.
Please check your coverage before booking if unsure.
🌸 Health & Safety
For your safety, please reschedule if you are experiencing:
Fever, flu, cold, or contagious illness
Severe skin irritation or infection
Recent surgery without medical clearance
If pregnant or have a medical condition, please let me know in advance so I can tailor your treatment.
🌿 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
The full service fee will still apply.
